Yes I know I’ve been promising this for a while but it’s nearly done now – really!
Back to working on my own for this one and I would say the closest yet to what I hear in my head.

A different sound to Cowboys – but then this time I took all the help I could get. Great musicians, recording by professionals and a lot of hard work have made the finished tracks sound pretty close to what I heard in my head when I wrote them.

Cowboys of a Certain Age

I spent the last 4 months of 2007 recording a few songs in my front room and in my garage.
I’ve been carrying tunes and scraps of lyrics around with me for a good while and I even had material from the 70s which had never seen the light of day. As it turned out it was a cathartic experience to get something recorded after so long.
